Productized Services: Contact information, professional credentials, project data, payment details

Software Products (BYOC): Account credentials, usage analytics, application logs, user-provided content

Marketing & Communications: Name, email address, company name, and communication preferences collected via explicit consent forms.

Website Analytics: Device information, IP addresses, browsing behavior, and identity resolution for B2B visitors.

No Client Data Training: Your proprietary documents, RFPs, proposals, and CUI are never used to train AI models (ours or third-party providers like Google, OpenAI, Anthropic).

Human-in-the-Loop: AI-generated outputs are always reviewed by qualified professionals before delivery.

Data Retention: Limited to minimum necessary. Upon engagement termination, client data is securely deleted per NIST 800-88.

Standard Security (All Customers): Google Cloud infrastructure, TLS 1.3 + AES-256 encryption, US-based data centers, ISO 27001/SOC 2 compliance

Enhanced Security Tier (Optional): For organizations handling CUI or preparing for federal contracts - Google Cloud Assured Workloads (FedRAMP High), CONUS-only residence, NIST 800-171/CMMC controls, dedicated isolation, extended audit logging. Pricing in separate Statement of Work.

Your data is not sold. It may be shared with: Google Cloud Platform (infrastructure), HubSpot (customer relationship management), n8n (workflow automation), Apollo.io (visitor deanonymization and analytics), payment processors, and subcontractors (under strict confidentiality).

Under GDPR and applicable privacy frameworks, you have the right to access, correct, delete your data, withdraw consent for marketing communications, and receive portable data copies.
